Raised in Dallas, I began my career in both corporate and fine dining restaurants then moved into the hospitality industry. In 2000 I moved to Austin to begin a new life. By that fall I was enrolled at The Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage ready for a new career that would allow me to truly help my community. Little did I know that more than twenty years on I would still be fulfilled by this work, grateful for a dedicated clientele in my beautiful city.

Over the past two decades I have studied so many modalities of bodywork, seeking new techniques and tools to help my clients. Reiki and prenatal massage training were my first classes after massage school, and I followed those up by starting my journey in Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute as well as Neural Manipulation with the Barral Institute. My bodywork infuses Neuromuscular therapy with the Lauterstein Method of deep tissue massage therapy and techniques developed out of caring for hundreds of clients since 2001. It's creative and deeply healing work, and I love being the massage therapist to so many wonderful and interesting clients.

My practice couldn't exist without the support and love of my family, my partner Dwayne and our daughter Amazing "Mazy" Jane. We enjoy spending time exploring Austin and its treasures, as well as relaxing and creating together out in the country.
